Satomi Oka joins FBAA

The Federation of Bloodstock Agents Australia is pleased to announce that respected bloodstock agent Satomi Oka is joining the FBAA having been approved as an accredited member.

Satomi Oka commented; “I am delighted to become a member of the FBAA, where members are committed to embedding a high standard of ethical practice across the Australian bloodstock industry. I believe its efforts ultimately help attract more domestic and international investors and support the future of the industry.”

FBAA President, Craig Rounsefell said; “We are delighted that Satomi has joined the FBAA.  She is a highly respected agent who brings a wealth of global knowledge and fresh female perspective to the group; both important areas the FBAA is focused on strengthening.

We have been through a period of rejuvenation over the last 18 months, which has been positively reflected in the quality and growth of our membership. There is plenty of energy amongst the group and we have exciting plans moving forward. One of our main areas of future focus will be on education, ranging from developing pathways for future bloodstock agents, providing development opportunities for current FBAA Members, and importantly, providing access to bloodstock information for new bloodstock clients.

“The FBAA is clear on our standards of ethics and integrity, and now the next phase of our development is about improving standards and experiences for agents and clients alike. We are excited for Satomi to join us as we move forward and encourage anyone who is looking at investing in bloodstock to engage an FBAA agent for guidance with integrity.”
